Laurie Martin - Owner

A distinguished graduate of the prestigious School of the Art Institute of Chicago in 2012, Mrs. Martin received a Bachelors of Fine Arts with a focus on Sculpture and Mixed Media.  During her time at the top Art school in the nation, she received numerous honors and was a merit scholar through the duration of her attendance.  One of her most proud moments occurred during the 2012 graduation ceremonies held at Grant Park when the school selected one of her pieces entitled "Sandy's Lungs" to be showcased on the large format screen for over thirty thousand attendees.  Soon after graduation, Mrs. Martin began developing her post-graduate portfolio while also gaining professional experience with one of the most reputable and successful Estate Sale companies in Illinois.  After four years in Illinois, she transitioned to the Colorado area to establish her own business with the blessing of her mentor and well-wishes of her Champaign-Urbana Estate Sale extended family, Laurie partnered with a local company and spent the following year familiarizing herself with the local/regional Colorado market.  Within one year of being in Colorado her new business was ready to launch and in 2016 Ms. Museum Estate Sales™ was born.  Laurie has already established a considerable amount of loyal clients and buyers in her Northern/Central Colorado community due to her definitively upscale Estate Sale presentations, excellent customer service, hard-working ethics and caring personality.  Her sincere approach to helping each client through a difficult process is strengthened by a confident and knowledgeable background in all of the most important categories (Fine Art, Jewelry, Native American, Vintage Clothing, Luxury/Designer Labels, Furniture, Fashion, Collectibles, Historical Documents, etc.)
